Server Info
| Setting | Vanguard OT |
|---|---|
| Official launch | November 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM (UTC-6) |
| World type | PvP |
| Client | Custom OTCv8 client, protocol 10.98. Use the official download, not a generic Tibia client. |
| Chapter launch plan | Chapters I and II are planned for launch. |
| Current rebirth ceiling | 1,999. Chapter II is not currently accessible; a separate server release must lift this cap before it opens. |
| Experience | Custom monster EXP, hunt-bracket eligibility, and exact rebirth-target caps. See Rebirth Chapters instead of treating this as a single flat EXP rate. |
| Base skill rate | 50x |
| Base magic rate | 50x |
| Base ordinary loot rate | 2x. Separate progression-material rolls and VIP rules can differ. |
| Minimum age | 18 years old |
| Automation | Official client's built-in bot and normal profiles only. External bots, modified clients, and exploits are prohibited. |
Important Feature Unlocks
| Feature | Minimum rebirths |

| Ancestral Tasks | 0 |
| Blood Skull PvP / end of rebirth-based PvP protection | 20 |
| Join a guild | 50 |
| Automatic Lottery eligibility | 150 |

These are server-wide unlocks. Individual quests, houses, bosses, equipment, and transactions have additional requirements. Buying VIP time does not bypass every progression gate.
Housing And Economy
Vanguard's custom VIP housing and castles have their own eligibility, purchase, and rent rules. The generic house-rent configuration is not a substitute for those rules. Read VIP Benefits before purchasing and Economy & Rewards for banking, the Market, currencies, and Online Tokens.
Launch Status
The website shows whether the server process is online, including during pre-launch testing. That status is separate from the official launch countdown. Current restrictions remain in force until a separately announced server release changes them.
