Weapon Upgrade
Build a weapon from +0 to +200 in the Weapon Forge. Enhancement improves the weapon's damage contribution. It is a separate system from Equipment Tiers, rarity, and equipment-slot upgrades.
Enhance
The current Weapon Forge has three tabs: Materials, Enchant, and Manage. Enchant handles enhancement; Manage contains Transfer and Salvage.
Use a Weapon Forge station while standing beside it. Select an eligible tier weapon, review the preview, then confirm. Ammunition, shields, quivers, containers, and stackable items are not enhancement weapons. The forge lists the weapons it accepts.
Each attempt consumes one Core of the required color plus gold. Success adds one level. Failure consumes both costs but leaves the weapon and its current enhancement unchanged. Enhancement does not multiply all character damage, increase attack speed, or enhance ammunition.
| Target level | Core | Success | Weapon contribution added per level | Total bonus at band maximum | Gold per attempt |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| +1 to +50 | Brown | 100% | 0.15% | 7.5% | See early-level prices below |
| +51 to +100 | Green | 95% | 0.20% | 17.5% | 70,000,000 |
| +101 to +125 | Blue | 90% | 0.25% | 23.75% | 100,000,000 |
| +126 to +150 | Purple | 88% | 0.30% | 31.25% | 110,000,000 |
| +151 to +175 | Orange | 85% | 0.35% | 40% | 140,000,000 |
| +176 to +200 | Red | 82% | 0.40% | 50% | 200,000,000 |
Brown-band gold prices depend on the target: +1 to +5: 200,000; +6 to +10: 5,000,000; +11 to +25: 15,000,000; +26 to +40: 30,000,000; +41 to +50: 60,000,000 per attempt. These are prices per attempt, not the total cost of reaching a level.
Dissolve And Refine

No matching appearances.
Eligible Chapter I hunt monsters can drop their hunt's forge resource. Dissolve that resource into its assigned color of Dust, refine Dust into Shards, then refine Shards into Cores. Hunt resources have their own drop chances; ordinary loot multipliers do not increase them.
| Color | Dust for 1 Shard | Shards for 1 Core | Dust equivalent of 1 Core | Resource hunt tiers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brown | 20 | 8 | 160 | T2-T20 and T22 |
| Green | 25 | 10 | 250 | T23-T29 |
| Blue | 30 | 12 | 360 | T30-T31 |
| Purple | 40 | 15 | 600 | T32-T34 |
| Orange | 45 | 16 | 720 | T35-T36 |
| Red | 50 | 20 | 1,000 | T37-T38 |
The Dissolve preview shows the exact resource, color, and minimum/maximum Dust yield. The actual yield is rolled on confirmation; the displayed maximum is not guaranteed. For example, a Rotworm Burrows resource yields 1-2 Brown Dust, while a Glooth Constructs resource yields 35-107 Red Dust. Refining uses the fixed ratios above and has no enhancement-style failure roll. Other material colors are not active recipes.
Transfer To Your Next Weapon
Transfer carries the source's exact enhancement level to a distinct +0 weapon exactly one Equipment Tier higher, with 100% success. It permanently consumes the source weapon. Same weapon-family transfers cost no gold; changing weapon family costs the amount below, based on the source's current enhancement.
| Source enhancement | Cross-family gold cost |
|---|---|
| +1 to +50 | 300,000,000 |
| +51 to +100 | 840,000,000 |
| +101 to +125 | 1,200,000,000 |
| +126 to +150 | 1,320,000,000 |
| +151 to +175 | 1,680,000,000 |
| +176 to +200 | 2,400,000,000 |
No transfer catalyst is currently required. Bound weapons and items with inserted VIP equipment cannot be transferred. T5+ tier equipment binds on equip or qualifying investment: plan your replacement before binding it. Transfer is not tier forging, and it does not allow skipping tiers.
Salvage Is Permanent
Salvage destroys the selected weapon and returns one corresponding Core for every successful enhancement level. A +60 weapon returns 50 Brown Cores and 10 Green Cores. It does not return the weapon, gold, Dust, Shards, or materials spent on failed attempts. A +0 weapon has no successful levels to refund.
For Transfer and Salvage, move the source weapon out of its equipment slot into an ordinary owned bag. Close trades and NPC shop windows and dismiss summons before using the forge. Gold costs can be covered by carried money and your bank balance. Review the destructive confirmation carefully. Quotes expire after 30 seconds; request a new preview if your selection, inventory, or bank balance changes.
