Create a new guild 200

Meeting the rebirth requirement does not bypass invitation, leadership, naming, or website-account rules.

Joining a Guild
  1. Receive an invitation from an existing guild.
  2. Use !guild invites or !guildinvites to review pending invitations.
  3. Accept it with !guild accept Guild Name.
  4. Open Guild Management after joining to review your membership and available actions.

!guild join Guild Name is an alias for the accept command.
