Discord Support
Join the official Vanguard OT Discord and use the appropriate support channel. Include the affected character name, a clear description, and the approximate date and time of the issue.
In-Game Help
For gameplay questions, use the Help channel or contact an online staff member. Report exploits privately rather than posting reproduction steps publicly.
Account Safety
Staff will never ask for your password. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment details in a support request.
Before Contacting Support
- Check the server rules and relevant game guides first.
- Provide screenshots or exact error text when available.
- Use the account or character name needed to investigate, but never the password.
